I recently won 6th Place in a contest on Zooppa for Amazon Wireless. The task was to "Create a video, 60 seconds or less, that demonstrates how AmazonWireless eliminates the frustration synonymous with the typical mobile phone purchase path."
The entry can be viewed HERE.
I chose to tell the story as a series of humorous animated vignettes highlighting the frustrations of buying wireless devices throughout history, contrasted with the ease of using Amazon Wireless. I went for a retro-style, heavily influenced by the 50's Disney cartoons like "Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom," and some of the Wonderful World of Disney segments where they look at the history of a subject (music, the moon, world's fairs, etc.).
